Running my business give I the control of making my own decision the ability to direct the culture of your company or business and the flexibility that comes with it, whether that is working from home or wherever I want set up my work place and work hours, to be solely responsible you’re the quality of the service or product of my company.

Disadvantage of being your own boss

Ø  Being your own boss may have significant effect on the following, no pension, no retirement plan, no paid vacation days and sick days since you are paying yourself anyway.

Ø  Starting your own business takes money. Depending on the type of business you want to start.

Ø  Health benefits such as company insurance can be a major financial problem for people who want to start business since the business had not yet establish itself.

Advantage of being your own boss

Ø  With a successful business your money-making potential as the boss is often significantly higher than working for someone else.

Ø  As a successful business owner you can name your own schedule vacation, Days off, and working hours.

Ø  As your own boss you will always have responsibilities, but if your business is successful the responsibilities become less of a burden. Things eventually fall into place.
